Played 55 hours then it fails to load

Game manager connects to sever, then initilizes bf3 and then bf3.exe crashes with appcrash error.

I have done a clean install of my video card drivers
un-installed both origin and bf3 and re-installed both, TWICE
Done a clean boot
reg entries all point to the correct install path etc

It worked fine on friday then come saturday this.

The talk to help thing was no use whatsoever, and the forums are just full of people ranting and wanting their money back!

The game updated today with the 3gig patch and still its the same

Final solution will be to format my hdd and start over, but before it comes to that, does anybody here have any ideas?
