hi mate thanks for the reply. ive checked the cable to the manifold an when i rev car i see the arm twisting so looks all good there. ive read that some1 had a problem with a blocked passage way to the vct solenoid so i may give that a check soon. my solenoid seems the leak inside the electrical connection. very strange how it got in there an havig to clean every few days
