Just a quick update with some photos, had a ball ache getting it to fit with the exhaust manifolds fitted and the brake servo in so had to take them out for now. Only had a couple of weekends to work on it as well.

First picture is the engine just mocked up with the gearbox fitted and resting roughly where I wanted it, this was last weekend

To try and fit the gearbox in we started by bashing the tunnel out but gave up in the end and decided to cut it out

Finally last night I got around the make up the engine mounts, following stevieturbos advice I have gone solid mounted and for once things worked out pretty much perfect first time. This is how it sits now bolted in place.

From the side shots you can see it does slant backwards slightly however I have the gearbox as high up as the back as possible without the prop doughnut starts catching on everything.
