That's a sweeping assumption and I take offence at the suggestion I wrote the book to sell to make money - That may be your view of life and peoples motivations and your assumption but you are wrong in this case.

I think the Inland Revenue would laugh if they saw what it cost me to become a publisher, buy ISBN numbers, proof and then print a small volume run of 200 books myself, ship them to myself, buy packing boxes and then split them up for sale on Ebay, take payment via Paypal then drive to a post office and send each one all over the world !

Disregarding ANY "time spent", "petrol to post" or free books that I gave to people that helped I would without doubt say that I am out of pocket but it was a labour of love and good fun (something I would have thought was with the theme of PassionFord to be honest) and I have done something rather than sit and watch some rubbish on TV as my wife finds great fun to do every night !

Anyway, I've exercised my right to reply, you think i'm a trader, I think im a private individual selling something - a difference of opinion it seems. we'll leave it at that.
