Good luck mate, Ive been after a space near me for a while but they are all daft prices. People wanting £120 a week + rates & leccy for units you could park 2 cars in but would have to pull one out to work on the other. Theres plenty out in the sticks of Durham but thats a 20+ mile trip from me and probs similar for you too.
