Anybody got any info, graphs, advice?

I know there's a lot of versions of it! Looking around the 400 mark, and not laggy.

Also does the manifold need modifying / tubular one making?

Am I wasting my time, should i just go t34 etc, as this is a classic set up that works. I just fancy being different lol
