To convert my Connect to Ford 4 stud what do i need ?

1) 2 front hubs - WHICH CAR DO I GET THEM FROM
(can i keep my Connect original driveshafts ?)

2) 2 rear hubs / drums - WHICH CAR AND WILL I NEED WHOLE BRAKE ASSEMBLY ?

3) 2 front discs


CAN ANYONE SHED SOME LIGHT ON EXACTLY WHAT I NEED TO GET ?
