Based on how others have been treated. You'll get the generic response that an engine of abcd cc cannot exist and you need to prove either with purchase receipts etc etc BS BS or letterheaded paper from garage that carried out the work bla bla bla

They even sent this to Mini owners changing details to 1275cc....according to the DVLA, no engine was ever made at 1275cc.

You can see they put a lot of thought into their letters.


Solution. Print your own "garage receipt" etc and tell them exactly what they want to hear regardless of any truth.
