I wonder how long before they make it that post 2001 cars with an engine swap have to be tested on an analyser for CO2 and get put into a co2 bracket for the new engine??

could be a good earner for the government by raping those with engine conversions for £500 a year tax instead of the £215 under the old scheme tax rules.
