Looking like you've added some weight there mate. What were you in the before pics and how much bulk do you think is fat?
I trimmed up a bit during this year and lost some bulk. Now sitting at around 17.5 stone (243lbs ish).
Still working on growing. I do wonder what I could achieve if I reduced my protein intake per meal and stopped wasting some?
