Would you still do so if the car you crashed into was a ferrari 250gto worth 10 million quid and after you smashed into it, it caught fire as a result of the crash and was a total loss?
Its all very well wanting to take the morally correct point of view that if someone is at fault they should pick up all costs, but for a lot of us the cars we are on track with (like your ferrari for example) are probably further out of being affordable to us than that GTO I just mentioned would be to you.
Sorry if that seems a daft and an extreme example, but its the only thing I can think of to put someone of your finanical means into the same position that lots of trackday users would be in hitting only a car that to you would be cheap.
Im not prepared to lose my house, which is why I dont trackday my house, so if someone else chooses to drive around in a car worth as much as my house, its THEM that needs to be able to afford to lose it iirelevant of who is at fault, cause they took it on track in the first place not me and decided to take that risk not me.
Otherwise many of us wouldnt ever be able to do a trackday at all in case someone rich turns up with something we can afford to replace if we hit it!
Or do you think that doing trackdays should be the exclusive pleasure of the rich?
