I remember vaugley when the Focus was 6 months old the back door deadlocked and wouldn't open.
I remember something about a tempory repair done under warrenty while a part was due in Unfortunatley my parents can't remember this, so maybe I dreamed it.

If I went into the supplying ford dealer would they be able to bring up any information on this even though it was 7+ years ago?

Only ask as latley that same back door sometimes works and sometimes dosen't and I belive it's the cause of my central locking bouncing back now and again.
