Morning folks,

just a quick one really, the car (205 gti) has not been taxed since 2000 and furthermore it is believed that it wasn't sorned.


My issue is that if i was to claim/buy this car will i or the previous owner get mullered with fines etc for not declaring the sorn?

Before anyone says claiming a car is the same as stealing, the car is a cousins! So i would like to do the easiest thing without screwing anyone over.
