Locally i dont think theres anyone who will/can do it.
Closest is probably..... motorsport development in blackpool, pretty sure they could do it. Or depending on the exact spec send you out a chip.
If your willing to travel further(alot further) then rt mechanics may be able to help you out/point you in the right direction.
