there is a good chance that it's been shafted as the sidewalls have overheated

if it had been driven a few miles then maybe, but as said, get it to a tyre place to get the valve swapped at least, when they take it off the rim if it's full of bits inside you WILL need a new tyre

any chance you can use the spare in the meantime?
