it's a steel rod with a bit on one end that goes to the bottom of the selector and a hooked pointy bit on the other than goes into the gearbox end

it's a very common failure point from what i can tell but seeing as there are plenty of 2wd mt75 boxes floating about the place, getting hold of a spare shouldn't be a problem
