Best way to remove kerb marks from just around the rims edge is not to fill them completely, get an orbital sander wit a 80 - 120 grit disc on and just let it run itself round the edge of the rim a few times, takes 80% of the kerbing out, then you just need a light skim of filler and spray, ive done many a set.
