i think you need to get an engine fitted and running before you go getting big valve heads etc. a 'couple hundred 'wont go far IMO.
you would need tank,pump,turbo,manifold,filter,pipework,intercool er,inlet manifold,ecu,loom,exhaust,clutch etc for starters......... chips right i would go the zetec route(140bhp + instantly) then turbo that as and when funds allow.
