Cheers for the comments guys, seems to be mixed opinions really, I know Fords are usually more about making an engaging car that just laps up the twisty bits and love to be thrashed but i think i need to look at something a bit kinder on petrol but with a bit more pace. The reason i was looking at the Fiesta ST was because i want to get back in the Ford stable with my daily yet still have something that can keep with some of the Jap-boys around my way.

I reckon im going to have to get out there and drive one or at least blag a ride in one before i head down the road of buying one.
