front seat tip mechanism seized - replaced under warranty

both are common, have also heard of power stearing pumps going, and also something on the gearbox/clutch if treated badly.

Those side they seem pretty reliable.

Personally I think that they are firsty for the power they give out, not that rapid, felt a bit harsh and tinny. I actually found the m5 zetec s's more fun.

Not a bad car all round and still look good, but if you want power, you may feel let down, and if you arent that mad for power, then maybe look to the mk6 zetec s?

They also did a slight facelift iirc, headlights centre console.
