Sometimes in closed loop control you can just about squeeze them through the cat test, with just the small pre car fitted, (which is in your pic)

The problem you may have, if the car has been running out of closed loop, the cat may well be poisoned and not function.

You really just need to pick a tuner and take the advise they give you, We can go around in circles all day otherwise.

We can do most levels of tune with closed loop control, off the shelf which you can get set up locally if anyone is up to the job,
