The Insurance database shows it as an RS Turbo so the logbook probably matches, but if it was originally an RS Turbo that got reshelled into a new estate shell he would get away with that.

The logbook should show a date of 1st registration and a date of 1st registration in the UK, and have a qualification on the front page that says it has been rebuilt from parts, some or all of which are not new.
