If your unsure you have 2 choices with type of machine . Rotary or dual action . The latter will be an easier experience although dont let me put you off a rotary machine they just require a bit more care and understanding . There are some good guides for machine polishing and i DO recommend reading them to get the best from your products and you before attempting your pride and joy (if you not familiar with polishing ). Lake country pads are brilliant as are the Menzerna pads and 3M not tried any others yet.
