The same way as any other system, so start with the corner furthest from the M/C (So Offside rear first and work your way in) clean all dirt away from nipples first, remove dust cap and loosen the bleed screw and connect a sutiable tube over the nipple with the other end immersed in the end of a container containing clean brake fluid, get your assistant to pump the pedal until clean fluid, with no air bubbles is seem coming from the nipple, at which point close the nipple WHILST they have there foot still depressed on the pedal.

(Two man method)

At no point allow the M/C to run dry on fluid.

This apply's to ABS models as well which yours most certainly is.
