I'm having exactly this problem, anyone got any advise?

It laughs in the face of alloy wheel cleaner (admittly my dad bought some wilko value stuff, dads ehy) and brake cleaner, would some wonder wheels really be that much better? I still can't see it shifting.....

Where can I buy neat acid?
