1st i would do is get it off the jailbreak.....had nothing but trouble with jailbroken iphones...
ignore that...never had a problem with mine in over a year and its been jb 4 times.......think ur photo problem could be ur network settings cos i had to change mine to send pics.....phone ur provider up and they SHOULD talk u through it
