TBH, cops who actively chase down people with totally legible plates when there are real crimes in society need sacked.

The motorist is the easiest source of money for them
they don't have to do a lot to nick people to generate money from the motorist, all they have to do is hide at the side of the road sucking down doughnuts with a speed gun or some shit and kerr ching, piggybanks in action
