That is the phase 1 rs kit for the mondeo.

As well as the front and rear bumper over skins and skirts it also came with a pair of front wheel arch spats too.

That is the same kit that is on my mk1 4x4..




Ford also did the phase 2 rs kit but imho it wasn't as nice as the phase one. The front bumper was a complete replacement rather than an over skin on the original bumper and the bumper and grill were 1 piece.
