Anyone know what extra's the Zetec S has over the standard Zetec?

I've got a brochure for the Mk 3 Mondeo but it only has the standard Zetec, LX, Ghia, Ghia X, Titanium, Titanium X, ST and ST 220.

Is it only the bigger 18" alloys and side skirts?

What about better suspension?
