Std reg is 3.5 bar with no depression on the reference pipe.
The std one is fine for well over 500bhp, the only issue you have eventually with them is that they dont flow enough fuel if you run 2 pumps etc for big power fuel supply, then you end up with too much pressure in the line as the reg cannot bypass enough.
