Unfortunately I can see more and more countries (China, Russia etc) increasing their weapons plan in self defence of America. It is simple logic - if a burglar robs one street constantly, the residents are eventually going to wise up and defend themselves/attack the burglar.

Now the whole world is sitting 'scared' wondering which seemly random country Bush will accuse of harbouring terrorists next and invade - now Iraq is pretty much finished i'm sure he is getting itchy trigger fingers again...

I think they are waiting until after the next general election here so that Tony Blair can give his agreement without having to worry about the voters... (Remember what Iraq did to his popularity!)
