Default Possible over fuelling

Had two posts on this already and still no luck!

Car won't idle it backfires and is starting too smoke and smell of fuel!

Someone said its an air leak but checked the pipes, seem fine!

Replaced;

crank sensor
sensor in the thermostat
ignition pack
plugs
MAP sensor
throttle control sensor

leads are in good condition.

Plugs are going black just by starting it up but they are dry so im guessing its overfuelling! What could cause this?

It starts to smell of petrol now aswell so thinking thats the problem! Im going to change the fuel filter to see if that helps!

What else should i change/check? Its an xr3i EFI
