Spax are expensive
Proven Products can do 50 something each on AVO, which are supposed to be very very good with adjustable rebound and damping.
But they also have KYB gas-adjust in the clearance sale at £29 a piece - these are "self-adjusting" and apparently very popular - they any good though?

Do I need the adjustment?
Am I actually gonna bother adjusting the avos once they are on?
Anyone used either / both and can comment?
