I currently do about 30 mins cardio as a warm up, (15 mins running/sprint/jog, and 15 on cross trainer.
Then mix it up with cable flys, smith machine for chest. Dips for triceps and preacher curls etc for biceps.
Also do leg presses and lat pulls.
But doesnt seem very 'sport specific' so will try some deadlifts and squats like you said.
Weigh in at around 85kg, and can bench about 80k for 3 sets, with a spotter and some help lol.
