what boost you running on your GT30 turbos and at what power output?

Im asking this as i have 30pso stack bost gauge but also bought a 3 bar boost gauge as was thinking i might be running more than 30 psi.

However, my mate reckons as i will be on Omex that i wont need to run so much boost as the ign will be advanced a bit more and thus should make off boost driveability nice and also give good fuel economy.

Im used to 32psi boost spikes and 28 psi held to the limiter

What are you guys using on your GT30s and what power did you end up with.

I want to be as close to 500 as i can get safely.
