only just relised what i think i want and why!
i normally drive my car at half throttle and shft at under 5k when making progres, very rarely do iactually nail it. the performance of my 24v lump suits me like this PERFECTLY, as its got all that midrange an lowdown power and goes very well/responsivewhen driving like this. its only on the occasions that i rally wanna give it some, that i want a bit more poke.

so, what i think i want is an engine with the samemidrange power/responsiveness BUT that has more poke top end when you really wanna give it some.

what do we think on this matter?

sofar the main options are:

very low lag small turbo cossie
V8
Tune the V6

any opinins on the matter of what we think might suit me? i would think the best option would be to get somehitng like an M3... lol but unfortunately my ford blinkers dont wanna seem to come off... lol
