It's interesting to read that Steve. Mine's got a heavy V8 up front, and so as a (sort of) rd car used 550lb on fronts, but only 185lb on the back - down from the usual 225 that Gaz and the like ordinarily do. It worked out pretty well, but now I'm going to track it, I figured I could up that a bit at both ends.. I'm putting a jag diff in the back too and that weighs a ton so I'd need to up the springs just for that if nothing else!
Anyone else here can comment on track day spring poundage Vs road?
