Hell no!

4 different exercises per bodypart. When you are not progressing either up the intensity by throwing in a couple (2) dropsets or slow negatives, more weight etc etc.

You can also change your routine as has been said but from the little I can gather on a forum your not pushing yourself within your current one.

Muscles adapt, you have to keep pushing them so that they are forever unable to get to a comfort level and therefore need to grow to keep up with what you are asking them to do. Many ways to skin a cat.
