Is there an indicator relay under the dash of a 3 door?

At the moment they work when turning right, light flashes on dash, but when indicating left, the light aint flashing on the dash and indicators dont work, but there is a fast flashing from behind dash. When hazards are on all bulbs are working and flashing. any ideas?
