Here,s one from the Essay room there have been quite a few others iirc . I,m also not sure if this way still allows the fans to work with ignition is off which is how Ford originally wired them .
The main live running through the relay to fans must be fused near the power source ideally . This is using 1 relay for 2 fans which is fine(40A) some people prefer 1 relay per fan .

edit :You can also purchase an already made new loom for fans and fuel pump .
