Hello,
I have only had my car 2 days and although i have limited knowledge regarding performance car's, i do not understand this chargecooler system.

My car does not have it, and is running a FMIC.

My question:

On RSOC someone mentioned their chargecooler not working and asked what would the damage be, someone replied a cracked block - no one challenged this, now before this post i would of said turbo damage? this leads me on to thinking does the charge cooler help cool the engine aswell, or purely the turbo? And if this is the case, how is my engine being cooled by a FMIC - let me reiterate, i did not build my car, i bought it already done so have no idea.
