I'm going for 8m x 4m wide ( width of plot limits going wider ), with strip foundations and intergrated pit. As always a lot of the cost is in the ground work, so the best part of 6K will only get me to damp course. Had to get planning for mine and also issue a party wall agreement as I'm excavating within 1m of the neighbours garage.
