Ive done some lookin into it for a double garage and to be honest it prob works out about the same to build a brick one with a flat roof (easly changed to a pitched anytime) yourself by the time you put the founds in and a brick one is goin to be a lot better. You can even buy old bricks to match your house off ebay, and a door can be had for £600-700.
