Right, turns out ive made a big cock up..
I didnt know it because im not mechanic that ive got ARP headbolts, i didnt know they were a different torque to normal headbolts :/
All we have done is try and start the car, it started for about 4 seconds then stopped, since then we havnt been able to get it going again, tried starting it maybe 8 times or so..I rung my tuner and asked for the headbolt torques and he told me they are 93nm which is alot more than we done them to when we put the head on..
The question is, can i just torque the headbolts down to 93nm or should i get another gasket and start from the begining, i wont need my head skimmed again as it hasnt really been run apart from the 4 secs and turning over..
What do you guys advise? New gasket/Keep gasket and tighten up headbolts from where they are now..
We all make mistakes haha :/
Thanks, Joe
