we dropped the van off with a tyre with half the tread stripped from where it had hit a kerb
when we got it back the bit that was ripped off was cut off

no mention was made of the tyre defect

they said the vehicle had been removed from the premises so not a leg to stand on

the tyre place said that its possible that they passed it because the cords weren't showing

the guy who collected the van didn't say anything, but the next guy refused to take it out

i've passed it on so it's out of my hands
