They are a nightmare!

As said you should remove the driveshafts (Haynes way), I however undid the diff and undid the beam one side and dropped the beam down, even then I still needed a small set of spring compressors. If you do this make SURE before you undo, make sure the diff is supported with a jack, then move the jack to the beam itself and let it down after removing the two guide plate and the beam mounting bolt.

I did try and undo the shafts but my torx drives arn't brilliant and they were very tight!

You will also need to un bolt the shock on the arm.

How people say you just undo the beam mount and shock I don't know, they must be very short springs!

If you have braided brake lines you also need to disconnect these, as you just can't remove the "U-clip" and unclip then from the underbody like you can with the flexys.
