Your best bet is programmable EFI, either throttle bodies or single throttle body. Carbs will not make more/less power than throttle bodies of the same size, the advantage of programable EFI is that it can be mapped infinitly to suit every load postion of your set-up. Unlike carbs that will have very few adjustments and will not be perfect under evry load condition. EFI is best if going down the turbo route, carbs have too many complications with turbos and are notoriously hard to tune
