as said keep it hush, engine change on v5 and usual Mot jobby.

however, like it or not thats not the legal way to do it and eventually they will shut the door and make the system more strict like they did with kit cars. I imagine for older cars they wont be able to proove when the work was done so there might be a cut off date when they are finally bothered to sort it out.
