Looking for a good routine
Hi All,
I'm looking for a decent routine from more of you experienced people. I want to try and get the body fat down a bit and get myself in shape.
I intend doing a fair bit cardio (use my push bike a few times a week aswell as 5 aside etc)
Not looking for disco muscles or nothing as I'm past that but would like to tone up a fair bit if possible.
I'm 35 years old and weigh 14 stone dead. My height is 5' 11"
Any pointers would be ideal as I don't see the point on making at start at something I know nowt about.
