Just looking over my car, how much play/wear would be acceptable in a front diff? with all 4 wheels on the ground, i've got maybe 10mm slop when i rotate the front prop. i had the bottom off it a couple months ago, and it looked fairly 'used' but there no chips, or metal come out with the oil.
